1. Cookies and browser storage
This policy covers cookies, local storage, session storage and embedded services used by the Spălătoria Germană website and applications. Cookies are small values sent with requests; local and session storage keep information in your browser. Their purposes and lifetimes differ. Our privacy policy also explains server-side records and third-party processing.
2. Authentication and security
Neon Auth session cookies and, where used, __Host-spg-magic-session support sign-in and protected pages. Their validity follows the authentication session and expiry. Staff devices may also use spg_admin_device to verify authorised access until its configured expiry or revocation. These mechanisms are needed for the requested authenticated functions and are not advertising identifiers. Blocking them can prevent sign-in or access to protected workflows.
3. Order drafts and confirmation
The local-storage entry spg.booking.draft.v3 holds selected items and booking progress with a 30-minute application expiry. It excludes contact and address details. Expired drafts are discarded when the booking flow reads them; the browser may retain the physical entry until then or until storage is cleared. Session storage spg.last-order temporarily carries confirmation information in the current tab. It is separate from the submitted order held in the application database. Clearing browser storage does not cancel a submitted order.
4. Preferences and consent management
The language preference spg_locale can remember your selection, while an explicit Romanian or English URL determines the page language. Staff tools may store display preferences such as panel width or keyboard height locally until changed or cleared. CookieYes manages the consent interface and may store your choices and related consent information. The categories and durations shown in its preference panel depend on the cookies actually detected and configured.
5. Embedded services and third parties
Public pages include a GoHighLevel review widget served through link.spalatoria-germana.ro. Loading external scripts or frames sends technical request data to the provider, even where no cookie is set. Google Maps/address suggestions and Stripe payment pages can also communicate with their providers when those features are used. These providers may use their own storage according to the selected feature and their policies. Portallo CRM processing of customer records is described in the privacy policy; it is not limited to browser cookies.
6. Optional analytics and marketing
Non-essential analytics or advertising storage requires your prior consent where applicable law requires it. Accepting the service terms is not consent to advertising cookies. You may refuse optional categories and later change your choices through the available consent controls. This policy does not mean that every analytics or advertising feature offered by a provider is enabled on our website.
7. Changing or clearing your choices
Use the CookieYes preference controls when available to review your choice. Browser settings also let you inspect, block and delete cookies and website storage. Deleting a consent record may make the site ask again; deleting an authentication cookie can sign you out. Withdrawing consent affects future consent-based activity and does not erase a submitted order or make earlier lawful processing unlawful.
