Before ordering
Count items and identify pieces belonging to a set. Empty pockets, check accessories and note stains, damage or previous treatments. Avoid keeping damp clothes sealed in packaging.

SPG conditions
Eligible collections and deliveries operate in Bucharest Sectors 1–6 on business days. Orders using transport have a 200 Lei minimum; store-only orders have no minimum order value.
Rugs and carpets must be brought in and collected personally at Calea Șerban Vodă 76–78. The carpet guide explains this exception. These conditions do not extend to Ilfov or other areas without confirmation.
At handover and return
